We have planned the above theatre visit for children on Sunday, 5 September 2021 at 14:30. If you want your child/children to join the programme please fill in the below form.
As the programme will be photographed and recorded for both reporting and promotional purposes (on our internal social media channels and website) and it is quite difficult to separate the students not having photo consent from others during a group event, we really need your consent for this.
Adults need to show their vaccine card (2 jabs) or vaccine passport from NHS or a negative PCR result.
The event is for children aged 5 to 13 with 1 accompanying adult per family.
