Terms and Conditions

By registering for our IELTS programme as a ‘Learner’, you agree to all terms and conditions stated below.

The course is charged on 12-week based installments in advance. Every week has 3 hours of lesson + marking time for teacher. The fee is £30 per week + £10 for marking per week per participant. It is £480 for 12 weeks. Minimum participant number per group is 6 and maximum is 12. A higher rate will be charged if the number of participants falls below 6.

Learners are expected to attend all online sessions unless there is a valid excuse. All fees are non-refundable. There is no refund or compensation whatsoever for any missed session. Our programme does not guarantee a certain grade on IELTS exam and we cannot be kept responsible if a learner gets a low grade due to his/her performance in exam. Also, we cannot be kept liable for any disputes in the future.

We will take photographs and recordings during some sessions to promote this programme through our social media, brochures, and website. If you don't want to be photographed or recorded please notify a us in advance on info@expresstuition.org

Data Protection Statement

The information which you give when completing this form will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR regulations for the following purposes: to enable the organisation to create an electronic and paper record of your application; to enable the application to be processed; to enable the organisation to compile statistics, or to assist other organisations and programme funders to do so, provided that no statistical information that would identify you as an individual will be published. The information will be kept securely and will be kept no longer than necessary.
